I would like to update everyone about my experience with Barbre . Several months ago I didn’t receive the correct size in the bag I ordered. I emailed the company many times with no success! Recently I received a very heartwarming and sincere apology from the founder of the company and I realized the error was an honest mistake and technical issues. Today I received my xxl bag from Barbre with a lovely note and a special gift. I want to thank you for your professionalism and for accepting responsibility for the error. I will definitely purchase more products from Barbre and believe that they appreciate feedback from customers and strive to do their best !! Their bags are of great quality and style !!
